Sharper.work is a product of Misfit Island LLC ("we"). These terms are an agreement between you and Misfit Island LLC. By using Sharper.work, you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Google and must be at least 16. You're responsible for activity on your account. One purchase covers one person.
Purchase and access
Access is a one-time payment of $29 (plus any applicable tax), processed by Stripe. It gives you access for as long as we operate Sharper.work; it's not a subscription and you won't be charged again.
Refunds: if Sharper.work isn't right for you, email support@misfitis.land within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds end your access.
Your content
Everything you enter stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, and run the service. You can delete it at any time from the Account page. You're responsible for what you enter, including making sure you're allowed to share any details about past employers.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in or bypass payment, no reselling or sharing access, no scraping or copying the product, and nothing unlawful.
Our content
The Sharper.work app, including its questions, flow, and design, belongs to Misfit Island LLC. You may use it for your own career, not copy or rebuild it.
No guarantees
Sharper.work helps you organize and articulate your experience. We can't promise interviews, offers, or any career outcome. The service is provided "as is", and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important by using Export.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
Ending your use
You can stop using Sharper.work and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Sharper.work down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your stories.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will note the date above. Continuing to use Sharper.work means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
